Hi Bowlers, Pennant season is here!! Rounds 1 and 2 will be played Saturday (21st) and Sunday (22nd). I just wanted to cover off on a few points before round 1:
Please read the team sheets carefully Ensure you know which team you're in, which venue you are playing at and the time the game starts. Saturday roll up is 12.40pm, and Sunday roll up is 9.40am. Skips - please ensure your team members are across all the details.
Skips - can I ask that you check with your team members to ensure that they have a means of getting to the venue? Car pooling is a good idea
Please check the weather forecast and if there is a possibility of rain ensure you bring appropriate wet weather clothing - the game will not stop just because its raining. Further, always assume the game is on, even if it's raining -several venues have undercover greens. Someone from the club will advise you of any green closures as soon as we are made aware.
